Table Rock Lake is known as one of the best clear water fisheries in the nation with bass being the targeted species for many people, you can expect to catch many different species of fish including largemouth bass, Kentucky spotted bass, and smallmouth bass.

Bass fishing on Table Rock is great year-round and there are many different ways to catch. March and April are a great time to come catch pre-spawn bass on jerk baits, swimbaits, and jigs. May and early June are a great time to catch post-spawn fish using a variety of techniques including topwater. During the summer months, the most popular way to catch fish is drop shotting; a great way to fish for the whole family and is also a great way to put a lot of fish in the boat. Summer allows for both shallow and deep-water fishing while Winter you will focus on more of a deep-water bite.
